Final Bulletin for 2017-18 academic year

  • May 29:  2B and 4B exams
  • May 30:  Make-up exams (must have made prior arrangements with teachers)
  • May 30:  Last day to pick up medications
  • June 1:  Report cards mailed home
  • Summer hours start June 4

Weekly Bulletin - May 20, 2018

  • Dismissing at 12:30 on exam days.  Please see schedule below.
  • You must make prior arrangements to take a make-up exam on May 30.
  • Report cards will be mailed on June 1.  If you have obligations owed to the school, your report card will be held until the obligations are cleared.
  • Parents were emailed a survey from the Board of Directors.  Thank you for participating in this survey.
  • High school textbooks should be returned to your teacher by the exam period for that class.
  • Parents need to pick up medications by May 30.  Any medications left after this date will be disposed of.
  • Lockers need to be cleared out by the end of the school day on Friday, May 25.
  • Service Hour spreadsheets are due to your Enrichment teacher by the end of the school year.
  • BMCCHS will be closed for Memorial Day on May 28.
  • BMCCHS will begin summer hours on June 4.  The office will be open Monday - Thursdays from 8am to 3pm.  
  • BMCCHS will be closed the week of July 4.

  • May 23: Graduation practice for seniors at Brookwood @ 10:00
  • May 23: All senior obligations are due by 3:30

Weekly Bulletin - May 6, 2018

  • End of Course testing schedule:  May 9 is English writing, May 15 is English reading, May 16 is Biology, May 17 is Algebra I and May 18 is US History and make-up testing
  • College textbooks are due.  Please return them to the bin in the MC or to the bin outside of Ms. Freeman's office.
  • The BOD election is underway.  Please check the email account you have on file for PowerSchool for a ballot.  If you have multiple students enrolled at BMCCHS, you will receive multiple ballots.  Please vote by 4pm on May 14.
  • Yearbook Day is Friday, May 11.  Things kick off with the Senior breakfast and slideshow.  Awards will be given out to all grades along with other exciting activities planned for the day.
  • Seniors:  May 17 is the last day of school.  The Senior Dinner will be held on May 17 from 6-9pm at Events at Sapphire Creek in Simpsonville.  First graduation practice is on May 22 at 8:30am in the gym.  Second practice is at Brookwood on May 23 at 10am.

  • May 28 - BMCCHS is closed for the Memorial Day holiday.

  • Meet the BOD candidates Monday night from 5:30-6:30 at BMC
  • Progress reports were distributed last Thursday, April 26
  • Course request letters distributed to underclassmen
  • May 4 - School is in session and it will be an A day.

  • Soccer team is kicking off the Light It Up Blue campaign to raise awareness and funds for autism.  Bake sale and fundraising events will be going on all week.
  • All Juniors will be taking the WIN Career Readiness Assessment on April 17.  Please see the student page of our website for a list of approved calculators.
  • Looking for parents, community members and business leaders to serve a two-year term on our Board of Directors.  Applications are due by 3:30 on April 23.
