About BMC

BMC offers a unique learning experience for high school students on a college campus. Our charter school education includes a strong core academic program based on the concept of mastery learning that is enhanced by extensive higher education opportunities. All students have a personalized academic plan based upon their individual interests, talents, and abilities. The school allows every student to pursue career pathways for a seamless transition to college or work while earning a high school diploma or college credit.

Location & Facilities

Brashier Middle College is located on the Brashier campus of Greenville Technical College, and students have access to college courses and all facilities. The BMC campus includes a 65,000 square-foot state-of-the-art building, which includes two open common areas for group study, meetings, presentations, activities, and dining. All classrooms are equipped with new technology including smart boards, projectors, computers, and phones. In addition, the school has two science labs with CBL capability and standard classroom technology, two business education computer labs, a spacious media center with desktop and laptop computers, and a full gymnasium that seats 400.

The South Carolina Charter Schools Act of 1996 was enacted to:
